Terms
The conditions for using and reusing this guide.
Information, not advice
Your Ballot is general information to help you find out about elections. It isn't legal or electoral advice and doesn't tell you how to vote. The electoral commission is the official source: for the Victorian election, check your enrolment, district and polling places at vec.vic.gov.au. Where anything here differs from the electoral commission, the electoral commission is right.
Accuracy
We work to keep everything accurate and sourced, but records change and mistakes happen. The guide is provided as is, without a guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

The licence covers only our own work. Third-party material keeps its own terms, including:
- Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) data, including candidate lists, enrolment figures and donation disclosures. Enrolment data is published under CC BY 4.0, with attribution to the VEC.

- Parliament of Victoria Hansard, and members' quoted words.
- Candidates' own materials, quoted or summarised in bios.
- Party and candidate names, logos and trade marks.
Donation records include personal names. If you reuse them, take care to comply with privacy law and with the electoral commission's terms.
