Privacy
Short version: we don't collect anything about you to use the guide.
Using the guide
- No accounts, cookies, analytics or tracking. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
- Searches stay on your device. The postcode and suburb search runs entirely in your browser. What you type is never sent to us or anyone else.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect against attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Fonts. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. See Google Fonts' privacy information.
If you contact us
When you send a message through the contact form (coming soon), we receive what you enter: usually your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply and to act on your message, such as fixing an error. It isn't sold, shared for marketing, or added to any mailing list, and it's kept only as long as needed to deal with your message.
Information about candidates, members and donors
The guide shows information that is already public: candidates and donations as published by the electoral commission, and members' records from Parliament. Donor addresses are never shown. If you are named here and think something is wrong, contact us through the contact form (coming soon). Errors in the source records themselves need to be corrected with the electoral commission or Parliament.
